Clinical Integration Analyst (Health IT) - US Remote

Location: Remote for candidates located within the United States or Canada; participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation is required. Travel up to 10% or as required.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support integrations between hospital clinical systems and the hirify.global platform.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for integration solutions and clinical workflows.
• Partner with customer technical and clinical resources and collaborate with R&D throughout design, development, testing, and support.
• Code HL7 interfaces and create flat-file integrations using SSIS packages in Microsoft SQL.
• Coordinate third-party API integrations, validate new data feeds, and perform regression validation for QA and production releases.
• Troubleshoot production integrations, maintain documentation, coordinate VPN and SFTP setup, and support interface engine upgrades and failover.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a clinical field with professional licensure.
• At least 5 years of experience in a clinical IT role, including enterprise-wide implementation and support.
• Experience implementing HL7 integrations and a strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL Server Management Studio, and Lucidchart.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be located in the United States or Canada and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience with FHIR APIs, WCTP integrations, JSON-based API requests, Swagger, or Postman.
• Experience with multiple healthcare IT vendors.
