Senior Salesforce Technical Architect (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Sao Paulo, Brazil; on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices is required for the majority of the week.

What you will do

• Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds, integrations, and enterprise systems.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural decisions for complex Salesforce programs.
• Architect scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce configuration.
• Design cross-cloud and cross-system integrations, data migration strategies, and legacy-to-Salesforce transformation patterns.
• Establish environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and enterprise deployment models.
• Lead client discussions, govern technical delivery, mitigate risks, review designs and code, document architectures, and mentor architects and developers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience or equivalent enterprise CRM experience.
• Advanced Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Client-first mentality, strong work ethic, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for their intended country of employment.
