Salesforce Developer (Public Trust)

Location: Remote within the United States; work must be performed in the U.S. during U.S. Eastern time zone working hours. U.S. citizenship, U.S. work authorization, U.S. residence, and three full years lived in the U.S. during the last five years are required.

Salary: $81,499–$138,549 per year.

What you will do

• Design, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative platform tools.
• Implement Salesforce capabilities for case management, workflows, portals, reporting, automation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria into scalable technical solutions with analysts, architects, product owners, testers, and federal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain secure integrations with external systems and support legacy-system data migration, mapping, transformation, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot defects, production issues, integration errors, performance concerns, and configuration challenges.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, Agile ceremonies, release planning, deployment activities, DevOps processes, documentation, training, and sustainment.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust or Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. work authorization, U.S. residence, and work performed in the U.S. required.
• At least three years of hands-on Salesforce development and Salesforce solution deployment experience in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, or similar Salesforce technologies.
• At least one year of experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Active Salesforce certification required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce declarative configuration, REST or SOAP integrations, middleware, ETL, and data synchronization.
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Government Cloud, or OmniStudio.
• Experience supporting federal clients, security and compliance processes, ATO activities, DevOps, CI/CD, code scanning, and release management.
• Additional Salesforce certifications or Trailhead achievements.
