Salesforce PSS Developer DHS (Remote)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; work must be performed in the U.S. during US Eastern time zone working hours. The role is based in the United States and requires U.S. work authorization, U.S. citizenship, and three full years of U.S. residence during the last five years.

Salary: $81,499–$138,549 annually.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and low-code/no-code tools.
• Implement Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud for case management, citizen engagement portals, and workflows.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, workflows, and technical features with Business Analysts.
• Build secure integrations with external systems and support legacy data mapping, transformation, migration, and validation.
• Produce technical documentation for deliverables, gate reviews, and ATO cybersecurity requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance, scalability, usability, and long-term support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and at least 3 years with Salesforce development tools and Agile tools.
• Active Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification plus Salesforce Developer certification such as Platform Developer I or II.
• Public Trust or active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. residence, U.S. work authorization, and performance of all work in the U.S. required.
• Must support US Eastern time zone working hours and have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five.

Nice to have

• Experience with OmniStudio, Salesforce configuration and administration, and REST/SOAP or middleware integrations.
• Experience with federal government clients, ATO processes, and federal cybersecurity standards.
• DevOps experience including package deployment, code scanning, remediation, and regression testing.
• Experience delivering user training or creating technical Salesforce documentation.
