What you will do

• Rotate through three to four practice areas to gain broad business exposure.
• Support new business, renewal business, and customer service needs.
• Learn operations across Business Insurance, Employee Health and Benefits, Personal Lines, Surety, and Retirement.
• Prepare for a focused practice-area career path after completing the program.
• Move into a practice-area focus based on interests, interview and testing results, and business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, sales, or a related field.
