What you will do

• Drive continuous new business revenue growth and maintain existing business revenue.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing brokers.
• Conduct discovery, prepare conceptual presentations, and promote competitive products and services.
• Create and execute prospecting strategies that generate broker leads and first appointments.
• Advise brokers on insurance, market, carrier, product, and health care reform complexities.
• Coordinate with carriers and support renewals, service activities, case conservation, and additional lines of business sales.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell new business and maintain strong broker relationships.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, market needs, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of alternate funding arrangements, including fully insured, partially insured, minimum premium, and self-insured plans.
• Strong analytical, organizational, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Life, Accident & Health License required.
