Client Service Associate, Business Insurance

Location: Hybrid work

Base salary: $41,200–$76,800 per year, with potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Support account management and sales teams in meeting client needs and expectations.
• Coordinate marketing processes for new and renewal Property & Casualty business.
• Compile data, solicit quotes, monitor bid requests, and correspond with vendors.
• Prepare complex cost sheets, client communication materials, renewal reviews, and finalist presentations.
• Issue and manage certificates of insurance and support other client-facing interactions.

Requirements

• At least one year of Property & Casualty Insurance experience, preferably in a brokerage environment.
• Effective oral and written communication and client relationship-building skills.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one within three months of employment.

Nice to have

• College degree in Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Applied Epic.
