Marketing Service Rep (Health Insurance)

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; occasional travel to customer sites may be required.

Salary: $41,700–$92,800 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support sales and account management teams with prospecting, acquiring, and renewing business.
• Research, track, and respond to inquiries from customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate issue resolution and account-level changes with internal teams.
• Gather data, maintain internal databases, and prepare reports and customer documentation.
• Prepare and participate in enrollment meetings and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Build relationships with internal partners, brokers, and clients while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in healthcare or ancillary product management in a marketing service representative role, or 6 years of combined sales, marketing, healthcare, or ancillary insurance experience.
• General Lines Agent – Life, Health state insurance license required within the timeframe specified by state regulations.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
