Senior AI Tech Consultant (AI)

Location: Milan, Italy. Hybrid work with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies.

Base salary: EUR 62,000–66,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Shape digital transformation initiatives for globally leading companies while considering overall technical solutions and client-specific circumstances.
• Drive strategic IT implementation projects using agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
• Analyze client situations and market developments to create tailored, future-oriented customer journeys.
• Design and optimize enterprise IT architectures, custom software solutions, and sustainable digital platforms.
• Embed cyber resilience and modern technology capabilities into complex client solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
• At least five years of relevant IT consulting experience delivering transformation and implementation projects across strategy and operations.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Ability to build complex business cases and understand the stages of development for successful IT organizations and processes.
• Strong communication skills in Italian and English, with flexibility and willingness to travel.
