Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies

Base salary: €114,000–€122,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build and deepen close client relationships as a trusted technology advisor.
• Acquire new consulting projects and challenges for BCG Platinion.
• Plan, lead, and assure the quality of strategic IT implementation and strategy projects.
• Guide stakeholders through critical project phases using technology and industry expertise.
• Plan resources, steer complex decisions, and manage escalating situations toward solutions.
• Present key project results to senior client management and contribute to recruiting, people development, and practice growth.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in IT consulting and leading IT implementation and strategy projects.
• Relevant experience in financial institutions and banking.
• Experience managing project teams of more than five people and building business cases for IT initiatives.
• Successful experience acquiring consulting projects.
• Professional communication skills in both Italian and English are required.
