Location: Milan, Italy. Hybrid work model with office presence shaped by business needs, team norms, and local policies.

Base salary: EUR 114,000–122,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and deepen trusted client relationships and advise senior stakeholders.
• Acquire new consulting projects and challenges.
• Plan, lead, and assure the quality of strategic IT implementation and strategy projects.
• Provide technology and industry guidance during critical project phases and situations.
• Plan project resources and present key results to the highest level of client management.
• Contribute to people development, recruiting, and practice-area growth.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in IT consulting and leading IT implementation and strategy projects.
• Relevant experience in media and telecommunications.
• Experience managing project teams of more than five people.
• Knowledge of IT initiative planning and business-case development.
• Strong Italian and English communication skills are required.
