Associate Director - Cost Management (Data Centre)

What you will do

• Lead and oversee strategic client projects within the Data Centre sector, ensuring commercial targets and contract performance are met.
• Manage the full tender and procurement process, including documentation, analysis, and recommendations.
• Produce and review estimates, cost plans, and commercial strategies for major developments.
• Monitor project spend through valuations, cost reporting, and change management while communicating risks.
• Lead the resolution of construction disputes, variations, and loss/expense claims.
• Mentor and coach cost management professionals to drive technical excellence and team growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a cost manager on large-scale construction projects with demonstrated leadership.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction-related discipline.
• Proven experience in pre- and post-contract cost management.
• Experience working on Data Centre or Life Science projects.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Chartered status or currently on the path to completion.
