Employee Health & Benefits Account Manager

What you will do

• Manage service and retention for middle- to large-market group benefit accounts.
• Handle day-to-day client correspondence and questions.
• Support Producers and Benefit Consultants with information gathering for new and renewing groups.
• Submit required information to the marketing team and support implementations, intake forms, and enrollments.
• Keep workflows organized and maintain accurate electronic client files in the document management system.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and prospects regarding Employee Health & Benefits coverage.
• Hold an active 2-15 license.
• College degree is desirable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
