What you will do
- Build long-term relationships with key client decision-makers and act as a strategic partner.
- Apply health benefits, industry, and market knowledge to provide forward-thinking recommendations.
- Share market insights and influence outcomes across all levels of client organizations.
- Use financial and underwriting expertise to support cost management and communicate the value of Cigna solutions.
- Drive growth, earnings, retention, relationship expansion, and renewals.
- Coordinate with underwriting, distribution partners, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and support client service needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in health benefits, account management, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen and familiarity with underwriting principles.
- Experience managing complex client accounts.
- For occasional or permanent home working, cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations.
- Demonstrated success growing a book of business and driving client outcomes.
