Senior AI Tech Architect (AI)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; frequent travel required.

What you will do

• Define and shape IT and digital strategies for client engagements.
• Assess and analyze existing technology landscapes.
• Establish architectural principles and target-state guidelines.
• Review and challenge key design and technology decisions.
• Design north-star architectures and develop technology roadmaps.
• Work with case teams on strategic projects lasting approximately four weeks to six months.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT architecture, IT strategy and consulting, or software development.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong client orientation, and a results-focused approach.
• Full professional fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
• Strong willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
