Senior Solution Architect (Integration): Designing and governing end-to-end application, integration, data, and infrastructure solutions that connect client systems, internal platforms, and third-party services with an accent on APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, scalability, and maintainability. Focus on translating commercial requirements into feasible delivery plans, guiding development and integration teams, and mitigating performance, security, and reliability risks.

What you will do
- Lead technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders, including solution design, architecture diagrams, documentation, effort estimation, and risk identification.
- Own solution architecture from bid handover through delivery and maintain alignment with client requirements and commercial commitments.
- Design end-to-end architectures across applications, integrations, data, and infrastructure.
- Design integration solutions using APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, and data flows.
- Guide development squads and integration teams through architecture decisions, design reviews, and technical governance.
- Manage technical risks and safeguard performance, security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in solution architecture, software architecture, or technical leadership within software development and systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, API and integration design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD.
- Experience translating business and commercial requirements into feasible technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Experience providing architecture guidance or governance across multiple projects and development teams.
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
- Experience with ESB, iPaaS, API gateways, message brokers, and enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, or C4.
