What you will do
- Design AI-driven target architectures and AI-based software factories for autonomous software development at enterprise scale.
- Develop AI-powered delivery pipelines that turn engineering processes, standards, and architectural guidelines into machine-executable workflows.
- Design governance mechanisms with multi-layered validation, identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability for trusted AI engineering environments.
- Implement automated testing, evaluation pipelines, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming approaches for AI-generated systems.
- Translate enterprise knowledge into machine-readable architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules.
- Convert business intent into scalable architectures and integrate AI into existing systems and operating models.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a focus on AI, machine learning, or data science is preferred.
- 6–12 years of experience designing, implementing, and deploying AI systems.
- Experience designing and optimizing IT architectures involving legacy systems, enterprise solutions, agentic AI, LLM orchestration, or AI-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
- Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required. Willingness to travel as needed is also required.
