Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote within Belgium, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, or France; a Belgian office is available.

Compensation: €85,000–€120,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Own complex, data-dense interfaces including dashboards, monitoring views, tables, diffs, and drill-downs.
• Drive component architecture, state management, responsive design, and frontend performance.
• Build and maintain the component library, Storybook coverage, design system, and Cypress end-to-end tests.
• Develop interfaces for agentic, LLM-powered workflows where users direct, review, and act on automated processes.
• Shape consumed APIs and implement Java backend changes when features require them.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and customers, while mentoring backend-focused engineers on frontend development.

Requirements

• 5+ years building frontend for real products and complex single-page applications.
• Expert TypeScript and strong experience with Angular; React or Vue experience is also welcome.
• Experience with component architecture, state management, rendering performance, responsive design, and frontend testing, including Cypress or Playwright.
• Working knowledge of Java services, API design, and SQL.
• Experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar in production development.
• Fluent English and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-heavy or developer-tool products, data visualization, monitoring, or analytics interfaces.
• Design-system or component-library ownership.
• Multi-tenant SaaS at scale or high-growth startup experience.
• Python experience and familiarity with data engineering.
• Experience building LLM-powered features, tool-using agents, AI-driven automation, data quality, data observability, or ML monitoring products.
