Manufacturing Engineer

What you will do

• Develop manufacturing quality and risk-management documentation.
• Define requirements, budgets, and schedules for production assembly and test processes and equipment.
• Design, source, build, validate, and implement custom equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare equipment drawings, schematics, work instructions, calibration procedures, and maintenance plans.
• Lead new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production equipment uptime.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience developing automated equipment.
• Experience with custom equipment development and integration, including mechanical design and hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and sensor technologies.
• Strong 3D CAD modeling and drawing skills using Creo, with experience in GD&T.
• PLC programming experience, including sensor and control integration with DAQ/PLC systems and wiring basic low-voltage electrical panels.
• Excellent hands-on mechanical skills, problem-solving ability, organization, communication, and teamwork; strong written and verbal English required.

Nice to have

• Certified LabVIEW Developer designation.
