Junior Group Business Controller

What you will do

• Prepare management reports, presentations, and decision-support materials by analyzing actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, annual budgeting, and business reviews with finance and business leaders.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, reporting tools, and planning processes.
• Improve data quality, automation, and accessibility across ERP, consolidation, planning, and business intelligence systems.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives, integration work, ad hoc analyses, and materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and business analysis.
• Relevant experience in business controlling, FP&A, audit, transaction services, financial analysis, or management consulting.
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into commercially relevant insights.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, personal drive, and a proactive approach.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
