Business Controller Global Ventures

Location: Hybrid 4+1 policy — 4 days per week in the office and 1 day per week remotely.

What you will do

• Develop and improve standardized financial reporting and analysis for Global Ventures.
• Prepare monthly performance review materials covering results, business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Support business cases, profitability analysis, scenario planning, financial simulations, and finance-related projects.
• Build financial models covering margins, growth opportunities, cost development, working capital, and investments.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, KPI tracking, and business performance reviews across the segment.
• Use Power BI and other reporting tools to improve data visualization, reporting automation, and business insights.

Requirements

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, KPI tracking, and variance analysis.
• Strong Power BI experience, including report and visualization development.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of financial statements, profitability drivers, margins, and business performance metrics.
• Experience in business controlling, financial analysis, management consulting, or another finance-related role; Big Four or finance, business, or management trainee experience is suitable.
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
