Finance Manager (Healthcare Technology)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Build financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, cash flow, profitability, products, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Create KPI dashboards, financial reports, and executive-level insights for company leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Marketing, Patient Growth, accounting, and external finance resources.
• Support cash management, runway planning, capital planning, board and investor materials, and scalable reporting processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial planning, or a related finance role.
• Strong experience with financial models, budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections, and long-range plans.
• Experience with management reporting, KPI dashboards, budget-to-actual analysis, and executive financial presentations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accrual accounting, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and operational performance.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to build reliable, scalable models.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, independent ownership, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed, SaaS, technology-enabled services, or healthcare technology company.
• Knowledge of healthcare economics, medical billing, claims, reimbursements, or revenue-cycle operations.
• Experience with unit economics, customer profitability, gross margins, pricing, workforce planning, or departmental budgeting.
• Experience preparing materials for executives, boards, investors, or lenders and supporting fundraising or due diligence.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Ramp, Bill.com, or similar finance systems; CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA.
