What you will do
- Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, KPIs, and performance scorecards for operational and executive stakeholders.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into customized reporting and business intelligence solutions across practices and service lines.
- Automate and improve financial, operational, and management reporting using ERP, project accounting, and other business-system data.
- Prepare leadership reporting packages and support profitability, utilization, revenue, acquisitions, and strategic analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and financial analysis.
- Experience developing dashboards and visualizations with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI development.
- Experience with ERP and enterprise reporting systems, with strong analytical, communication, data-quality, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in professional services, healthcare consulting, healthcare services, or project-based organizations.
- Experience with multi-service-line reporting, data warehouses, data lakes, or reporting automation.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and executive-level reporting.
- Based in Philadelphia, PA or Dallas, TX.
