LAB Performance Director

What you will do

• Own the Associates, Senior Associates, and Consultants performance strategy across the London, Amsterdam, and Brussels system.
• Manage pipeline demand, resource deployment, free-cap allocations, utilisation, and billability to support commercial priorities.
• Monitor staffing data, identify recurring capacity gaps, and provide dashboards and insights to senior leadership.
• Set direction for and line manage the A-C Performance Team, including performance management, coaching, and capability development.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex staffing, prioritisation, affiliation, and development decisions.
• Lead transformation initiatives, process improvements, automation, and AI optimisation in partnership with HR, Finance, Performance, Regional, and Global teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an international professional services firm.
• Experience managing teams and developing employees.
• Proven success managing projects and stakeholders in a complex professional environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teaming, people leadership, and advisory skills.
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong numerical capability.
• Excellent English skills in verbal and written communication.
