Global Sector Senior Manager - Payments & Fintech

What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and execute the global Payments & Fintech sector strategy with the sector leadership team.
• Monitor sector performance, commercial activity, pipeline trends, and business metrics, translating insights into recommendations.
• Lead strategic initiatives, manage sector investment priorities, and oversee Innovation Fund planning, budgets, governance, and performance.
• Establish operating rhythms, leadership forums, and governance processes to support execution and decision-making.
• Coordinate publications, events, communications, content development, and engagement activities across the global Payments & Fintech community.
• Partner with Financial Institutions Management & Operations, Marketing, Vantage, regional leaders, and senior stakeholders on strategic projects.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, business management, operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives and managing complex programs in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong business judgment, analytical capabilities, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, prepare materials for senior leadership, and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and related collaboration tools, with discretion when handling sensitive information.
