What you will do

• Work with client leadership to understand challenges, define IT strategies, and develop recommendations.
• Support technical analysis, IT architecture reviews, and IT product evaluations across different industries and technology environments.
• Analyze and optimize IT processes and IT value chains.
• Prepare project analyses, data, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Collaborate with BCG case teams across the European region on high-impact technology assignments.

Requirements

• Expected Master's graduation in 2027 in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Availability to start in September 2027.
• Strong IT skills and practical experience through internships or working-student roles in software development, IT project management, or IT service processes.
• Fluent English and fluent French or Dutch required.
• Flexibility, curiosity, creativity, proactive communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to travel frequently abroad and work on client sites. An official transcript is required with the application.
