Corporate FP&A Senior Specialist (Crypto)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with senior cross-functional business partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate month-, quarter-, and year-end consolidation and reporting, analyzing performance across business lines and countries.
• Support quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, long-range planning, and expense forecasting processes.
• Develop consolidated financial models, including scenario modeling, risk and opportunity assessment, and resource allocation analysis.
• Track payroll expenses and related metrics in collaboration with the People team, and support month-end close and Board materials.
• Improve reports, models, metrics, and dashboards through automation, data analysis, and collaboration with the Data team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a financial role, including FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, and data analysis capabilities.
• Advanced Google Sheets, Excel, Google Slides, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage processes and timelines, and deliver accurate outputs in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards of ethical conduct, integrity, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.
