What you will do

• Manage annual revenue budgeting and periodic forecasting for the firm, practice groups, and offices.
• Prepare month-end and quarter-end variance analyses, financial reporting packages, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Build and maintain financial models for long-range planning, scenario analysis, capital allocation, and profitability analysis.
• Analyze firm, practice-group, office, attorney, matter, and client-level financial performance.
• Support financial due diligence, new office openings, practice-group launches, expansion initiatives, and benchmarking surveys.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Financial Analysts and implement AI-enabled tools and automation for financial workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, and presenting financial data to non-financial audiences.
• Experience with Elite Enterprise, Aderant, or a comparable legal financial or practice management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SQL, internet research tools, and business intelligence or data visualization platforms such as Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving, business judgment, communication, organization, and client-service skills; prior law firm or professional services experience is strongly preferred.

• MBA or CPA.
• Prior supervisory or team-leadership experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics tools and developing new approaches to financial data analysis.
