Key Account Manager Associate (Industrial Water Treatment)

Location: Remote within the United States, with candidates required to be within a commutable distance of Maine and able to travel to customer sites.

Salary: $73,410–$107,657 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead local site teams in designing and implementing industrial water treatment programs.
• Conduct routine service visits and testing, then prepare and distribute service reports.
• Support technical issue resolution at customer sites and develop corrective action plans.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Train customer personnel to monitor and apply treatment chemistry.
• Analyze program performance using KPIs and report safety metrics to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of relevant industrial experience.
• At least two years of experience in a pulp and paper or water facility.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Must be within a commutable distance of the Maine area and able to travel to customer sites.
