What you will do
- Design and select blockchain architectures aligned with business goals, stakeholder needs, and technical constraints.
- Define integration architectures connecting applications, participant organizations, and member nodes within blockchain networks.
- Assess and coach client technology teams while developing blockchain implementation strategies and technical concepts.
- Review vendor proposals and technical delivery, oversee technology project management, and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Optimize application development processes and contribute to blockchain best practices, frameworks, and implementation guidelines.
- Communicate complex architecture concepts and collaborate with architects, consulting teams, and internal technology communities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in blockchain, crypto, DeFi, or the metaverse.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including smart contracts, consensus algorithms, network types, and cryptographic principles.
- Hands-on experience with Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, and Ethereum with Solidity.
- Understanding of consensus mechanisms including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and PBFT in Hyperledger Fabric.
- Experience with database architecture, distributed ledger storage, security architecture, and one or more of Go, Java, or Node.
- Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder-management abilities, supported by a strong academic record.
