AI Solutions Architect

What you will do

• Design AI-driven target architectures and AI-based software factories for enterprise-scale autonomous software development.
• Develop AI-powered delivery pipelines that convert engineering processes, standards, and architecture guidelines into machine-executable workflows.
• Design governance mechanisms with layered validation, identity boundaries, and end-to-end traceability for trusted AI engineering environments.
• Implement automated testing, evaluation pipelines, architecture compliance checks, and red-teaming approaches for AI-generated systems.
• Translate enterprise knowledge into architecture decisions, domain models, APIs, and business rules that enable autonomous development.
• Convert business intent into scalable architectures and integrate AI into existing systems and operating models.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing tailored IT architectures across legacy systems and enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and platform engineering.
• Understanding of agent assembly lines, execution harnesses, context engineering, and secure enterprise architecture.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI-native architectures.
