Lead AI Tech Architect (ERP/SAP) (AI-driven ERP transformation): Designing and delivering large-scale SAP ERP target landscapes, technical roadmaps, integrations, and data architectures with an accent on S/4HANA adoption, SAP BTP, and multi-module solution design. Focus on identifying AI-driven value levers, integrating SAP platforms and middleware, and aligning complex architecture decisions with business outcomes.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; willingness to travel to clients worldwide is required.

What you will do
- Define and own SAP technical strategies, solution roadmaps, S/4HANA adoption plans, and phased rollouts.
- Design target SAP landscapes based on a lean ERP core integrated with satellite SAP solutions.
- Lead architecture decisions across Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Finance, and other lines of business.
- Architect SAP integrations using SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and middleware, and oversee data migration strategies.
- Define data architecture covering master data governance, BW/4HANA, DataSphere, and SAC reporting.
- Advise programme leadership and senior stakeholders while ensuring performance, security, maintainability, and alignment with business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP architecture and delivery.
- Previous or current consulting industry experience.
- Proven experience designing multi-module SAP solutions and large-scale ERP transformations.
- Expertise in S/4HANA adoption strategies, integration architecture, SAP BTP, Integration Suite, middleware, and SAP data platforms.
- Experience with SAP master data governance, BW/4HANA, DataSphere, and SAC reporting.
- Relevant SAP certifications and a university degree in a STEM-related field or business management.

- Advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc.
- Experience identifying AI-driven value levers, including predictive analytics, intelligent automation, process mining, and GenAI-enabled user interaction.
