Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; willingness to travel to clients worldwide is required.

What you will do

• Work with client leadership teams and BCG case teams to understand business and technology challenges.
• Define IT strategies and deploy customized digital platforms and technology architectures.
• Apply cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, containerization, agile methods, and modern technology approaches.
• Manage project quality, risk, client expectations, and escalations for assigned project areas.
• Evaluate and coach client technology teams and facilitate workshops and client meetings.
• Contribute to proposals, client relationships, practice development, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in technology strategy and consulting, professional software development, or IT project management.
• Experience in legacy environments, modern technology approaches, IT organization, and process development.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, customer-focus, and business skills.
• Experience organizing peer-level workshops and facilitating client meetings.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to clients worldwide.
• University degree with above-average academic performance in a STEM-related field or business management.
