Associate Manager, Dasher & Logistics

Location: New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; or Washington, DC

Salary: $87,000–$128,000 USD annual base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of key results across Dasher & Logistics regulatory markets.
• Set strategy and build execution plans for business problems involving Dasher pay, benefits, working conditions, supply and demand, cost, quality, retention, and order batching.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, investigate operational issues, and develop recommendations for leadership.
• Define and test hypotheses through experimentation, use AI to accelerate learning, and scale successful strategies.
• Lead cross-functional work with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in startups, strategy, consulting, financial services, operations, technology, AI, regulatory work, or a related field.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions, and balance quantitative measurement with customer empathy.
• Independent working knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Experience handling ambiguous, fast-moving problems with legal and financial stakes.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly, align stakeholders, and manage cross-functional workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Cursor to accelerate analysis and decision-making.
• Experience managing cross-functional workstreams or interest in growing into that responsibility.
