Director, Executive Talent (Onboarding, Development & Coaching) (Human Resources)

Location: Available in 2 locations; specific locations are not provided.

Salary: $186,500–$297,500 base salary annually, plus eligibility for 401(k), equity grants, and potentially an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end executive experience across onboarding, development, coaching, talent management, and executive integration.
• Map the executive lifecycle, identify process gaps and key improvement opportunities, and establish governance and operating rhythms.
• Design tailored onboarding programs that accelerate executive integration, cultural alignment, and time-to-impact.
• Develop executive talent strategies, personalized growth plans, leadership experiences, and skills-based readiness paths.
• Oversee executive coaching programs, including coach selection, program design, measurement, and governance.
• Partner with executive recruiting, compensation, HR business partners, internal communications, and business leaders to strengthen succession pipelines and executive effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in executive talent or a similar HR function, including 5+ years leading others.
• Experience designing and executing executive-level talent programs in complex, fast-paced organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale transformational projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of executive assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and executive coaching.
• Exceptional consulting, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and operational execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting executive populations in high-growth or large-scale organizations.
• Executive coaching certification or experience managing executive coaching programs.
• Experience building experiential learning programs.
• Familiarity with talent assessment methodologies and leadership effectiveness frameworks.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
