Manager, Talent Management & Development (Human Resources)

Location: Houston, Texas; onsite five days a week. Domestic relocation is available for qualified candidates. International and domestic travel may reach 25%.

Salary: $147,760–$221,640 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute the Oil & Gas and Marine Division talent strategy, governance, and organizational capability initiatives.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, talent assessments, and leadership pipeline processes.
• Advise senior business and HR leaders using talent data and organizational trends.
• Develop leadership, career development, mentoring, onboarding, and employee growth strategies.
• Oversee learning programs, assessments, leader summits, required learning, and external talent partnerships.
• Lead and develop a team of talent professionals across succession planning, learning, leadership development, and talent operations.

Requirements

• Experience with organizational problem solving, influencing, consulting, and training needs analysis.
• Ability to develop training solutions and translate business priorities into talent initiatives.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and manage cross-functional organizational effectiveness projects.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston five days per week.
