Director of Enterprise Technical Learning

Location: 11550 Ent Parkway, Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

Salary: $123,000–$144,000 annually, plus a 15% annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, design, execution, and measurement of enterprise training programs for technical systems, operations, lending, contact centers, service centers, and member-facing functions.
• Partner with senior leaders, operational teams, lending, risk, compliance, LCE leadership, and subject matter experts to align learning priorities with business objectives.
• Support system implementations, core conversions, process changes, product updates, regulatory changes, and other enterprise initiatives.
• Establish training frameworks, governance standards, delivery schedules, tools, resources, and effectiveness measures.
• Lead training teams responsible for curriculum support, facilitation, technical delivery, and employee upskilling.
• Develop a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, accountability, service, and improvement through coaching and clear performance expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, English, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, workforce education, operational training, or technical training, preferably in financial services or another regulated environment.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing training teams, managers, supervisors, facilitators, trainers, instructional partners, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen across financial services operations, lending, performance metrics, risk, and strategic objectives.
• Strong coaching, people leadership, analytical, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• High technical aptitude for complex systems, platforms, workflows, digital tools, and system conversion initiatives.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience supporting technical systems training, operational processes, lending workflows, compliance requirements, policy education, and large-scale business change.
