Org and Leader Effectiveness Partner

Location: Hybrid work in the United States, with on-site and off-site work at an assigned hirify.global site. Primary location: Hillsboro, Oregon; additional locations: Phoenix, Arizona, and Folsom, California.

Annual salary: $170,200–$240,290 USD

What you will do

• Advise and coach senior executives and leadership teams on organization effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, change leadership, and business execution.
• Diagnose organizational and leadership challenges using business context, organizational data, talent insights, employee feedback, and systems thinking.
• Advise on organization design, operating models, governance, decision rights, accountability, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Design and facilitate organization, leadership, and team effectiveness interventions, including leadership-team engagements.
• Support organization design, transformation, leadership transitions, onboarding, succession planning, and critical talent decisions.
• Use analytics and organizational insights to inform recommendations, evaluate impact, and improve enterprise practices and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related field plus 9+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a related field plus 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in organization development, organization effectiveness, management consulting, HR consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience advising senior executives and leadership teams on complex organizational and leadership challenges.
• Experience diagnosing leadership needs, developing targeted strategies and roadmaps, and leading complex change and transformation efforts.
• Strong executive consulting, facilitation, coaching, influence, constructive-challenge, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience as an internal or external organization development consultant to executive teams in a complex global organization.
• Experience integrating organization design, operating models, leadership, talent, development, and change interventions.
• Executive coaching or relevant organization-effectiveness certification.
• Experience applying organizational diagnostics, data, and analytics to business and talent outcomes.
