Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin & English)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States; ability to work in the Phoenix area required

Technology and engineering company supporting semiconductor fabrication and facility projects through water systems, chemical systems, tool installation, logistics, engineering, and construction coordination.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Recruit for engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, administrative, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, professional networks, job fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support offer preparation.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data, track pipelines and hiring activity, and prepare weekly recruiting reports.
• Coordinate background checks, drug screening, reference checks, recruiting events, and bilingual communication with candidates and international stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, human resources, staffing, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with phone screens, candidate interviews, interview coordination, and managing multiple open positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication, organization, judgment, follow-through, relationship-building, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate, compensation, and employee information professionally.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Recruiting experience in engineering, construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, logistics, or technical roles.
• Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar recruiting tools.
• Experience supporting bilingual or international recruiting teams or working with Taiwan-based leadership.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting.
