Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist (Human Resources)

What you will do

• Execute the USA campus recruitment strategy for co-ops, interns, and new graduates.
• Provide high-volume, full-cycle recruiting support and manage day-to-day recruitment operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with target schools and educational institutions.
• Advise internal stakeholders on tailored recruiting approaches for campus programs.
• Track campus analytics and report on program performance and KPIs.
• Represent and promote the hirify.global brand through social media and other external channels.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of full-cycle, high-volume campus recruitment experience, preferably with engineering or technical students and graduates.
• Knowledge of effective campus attraction, recruitment, and selection practices.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience defining and tracking success metrics and KPIs for campus initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be able to work from the Pittsburgh office; hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Nice to have

• College or university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience with engineering or technical campus recruiting.
