Operations Lead, Command Center (Autonomous Trucking)

What you will do

• Lead live autonomous and human-assisted trucking operations during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate Operations Specialists, remote operators, On-Site Support teams, drivers, field technicians, and engineering.
• Act as the primary escalation point, coordinate high-severity incident responses, and provide timely operational updates.
• Manage shift readiness, workload distribution, handovers, quality reviews, and SOP consistency.
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives improving command-center efficiency, reliability, and accuracy.
• Mentor operations and fleet specialists while contributing to staffing, scheduling, and training decisions.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, or command-center environments.
• Experience coordinating on-shift teams or live operational logistics.
• Understanding of operational control centers, dispatch coordination, or multi-route fleet management.
• Experience managing live operations, resolving escalations, and making decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or autonomous vehicle operations, including FMCSA regulations and safety protocols.
• Strong real-time communication skills and the ability to translate complex operational data into actionable updates.
