What you will do
- Build, deploy, and scale innovative AI software solutions for clients across industries.
- Own the analytics value chain from framing business challenges and designing algorithms to implementation and deployment.
- Lead and manage engineers, data scientists, designers, projects, and client engagements.
- Partner with clients, consultants, partners, and managing directors to shape AI strategy and business development.
- Optimize computational efficiency and apply robust software development practices.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations for BCG X.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience delivering AI software solutions.
- Advanced degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong software development, analytical, strategic, project management, and client relationship skills.
- Fluency in Python or another coding language.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
