(Senior) AI Tech Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, including problem framing, data strategy, model integration, and scalable deployment.
• Develop innovative AI and GenAI use cases that support client transformation and competitiveness.
• Own key workstreams, guide client business and technology teams, and ensure delivery quality through Agile and modern software engineering practices.
• Help move GenAI capabilities from experimentation to industrialization across industries.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, client relationship management, and internal GenAI initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in software engineering, Data & AI delivery, or technology consulting.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI use cases, machine learning engineering, data pipelines, cloud development, or software modernization.
• Strong understanding of how AI and software solutions create measurable business value.
• Experience or familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and MLOps delivery models.
• Analytical, collaborative, communicative, proactive, and professional approach with high ethical standards.
• Degree in STEM, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
