Worker’s Compensation Claims Consultant - Claims

Location: Hybrid work

Salary: $59,700–$111,200 base salary per year, with potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Obtain workers’ compensation claims status updates from insurance carrier partners.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to support claim resolution.
• Develop claims management strategies with clients.
• Help clients reduce claim costs and determine appropriate claims management approaches.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, management, and peers.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of claims experience, including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working successfully in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• AIC, ARM, CIC, or CRM certification.
