Auto Liability Claim Representative

Location: Franklin, Tennessee, United States

Annual base salary: $67,000–$110,600, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Handle auto liability claims, including customer contact, coverage review, investigation, evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and resolution.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, providers, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
• Determine claim eligibility, coverage, liability, and settlement amounts.
• Maintain accurate and complete claim file and transaction documentation.
• Identify and escalate potential fraud or complex claims for further investigation.
• Coordinate with investigators, legal, customer service, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Three years of insurance claims experience, preferably in auto claims.
• At least one year of bodily injury liability claim handling experience or comparable liability claim handling experience is required, unless the hirify.global Claim Representative training program has been completed.
• Experience with claims management and software systems.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles and terminology, analytical and problem-solving skills, and settlement negotiation ability.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle complex claims professionally and empathetically.
