TL;DR
Certified Trainer (Warehouse Operations): Delivering and evaluating classroom, floor-based, virtual, and on-the-job training for warehouse employees with an accent on safety, compliance, product handling, and performance readiness. Focus on conducting assessments across shifts, improving training materials, auditing practical skills, and maintaining distribution-floor productivity when not training.
Location: Memphis, Tennessee, USA; on-site work across all shifts and warehouse areas.

What you will do
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, small-group, one-on-one, and on-the-job training for temporary, newly hired, transferring, and recertifying employees.
- Teach company values, product handling, safety procedures, quality, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational processes.
- Complete weekly evaluations and pre-assessments, followed by 30-, 60-, and 90-day post-assessments.
- Advise supervisors on employee progress, performance improvement, readiness for advancement, and hiring fitness.
- Oversee practical training, testing, auditing, documentation, and submission of training forms.
- When not training, operate RF scanners, manage inventory and orders, follow cGDP/cGMP requirements, and maintain productivity standards on the distribution-center floor.
Requirements
- Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
- Strong coaching, communication, analysis, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and positive-reinforcement skills.
- Experience in warehouse operations and ability to work with a diverse group of individuals.
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook skills, dependable attendance, and ability to meet assigned shift requirements.
- forklift certification and willingness to complete the Train the Trainer Certification Program after hire.
- Ability to work on site in Memphis across any shift and assigned warehouse location.
