Principal Product Manager, SMB Growth, International (AI Fintech)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay: $243,000–$328,500 per year, plus potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the 1–3 year roadmap for the international SMB product-led growth portfolio.
• Own international portfolio P&L and optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, and ecosystem-service attach rates.
• Translate regional requirements such as e-invoicing mandates, PSD3, and local tax logic into scalable platform capabilities.
• Identify market opportunities and lead the transition from manual accounting to AI-agentic, done-for-you workflows.
• Lead the Product, Engineering, and Design triad while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management leadership experience.
• Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS or fintech products in complex international markets through product-led growth, self-service, or subscription models.
• Deep expertise in accounting, fintech, payments, commerce, or workforce management.
• Experience with multi-product ecosystems and moving products up-market while maintaining product simplicity.
• Strong commercial, P&L, analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Fluency in AI, data, LLMs, and agentic AI concepts, with the ability to convert market signals into product requirements.
