Manufacturing Process Engineer

hirify.global Corporation is hiring for a manufacturing engineering position supporting production processes, equipment, and facilities.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, maintain, and document manufacturing processes while optimizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Maintenance, and contractors to resolve production issues and improve product quality.
• Design and lay out plant systems, equipment, workstations, and facilities, including electrical, ventilation, and compressed-air requirements.
• Coordinate equipment installation, troubleshooting, system interfaces, and startup activities.
• Update SAP and PC-based systems for process changes, routings, and bills of materials.
• Specify productivity- and quality-improving OEM equipment and train operators and maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Three to five years of experience as a manufacturing process engineer in manufacturing or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including AutoCAD, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Commitment to safe work practices and EH&S considerations.
