Marketing Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Remote - US

Base salary: $78,000–$97,500 USD per year, plus potential annual discretionary/utilization bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, requests, and campaign activities.
• Plan and execute logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, golf outings, and other events.
• Maintain website content and support digital marketing across key channels.
• Create PowerPoint presentations, LinkedIn posts, blog content, collateral, and sales enablement assets.
• Coordinate vendors, invoices, budgets, Microsoft MDF, and Coop Funds.
• Track campaign performance, summarize results, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
• Experience with Salesforce, WordPress, Canva, LinkedIn, and Sprout Social.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, plus Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong organization, communication, prioritization, collaboration, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to use approved AI tools and productivity resources responsibly.
