Sr. Content Marketing Strategist (AI)

Location: Rogers, Arkansas, United States; on-site presence expected several days a week with flexibility to work remotely.

What you will do

• Design content plans for key audiences, campaigns, initiatives, and programs across multiple channels.
• Advise marketing and business partners on content approaches, channel strategy, and full-funnel content planning.
• Develop thought leadership content, including blogs, webinars, and other long-form assets focused on retail and supply chain topics.
• Lead content initiatives from planning through execution and build pilot series, flagship pieces, and content franchises.
• Partner with AI engineers to prototype, test, and refine AI-assisted workflows for research, drafting, publishing, and structured content formats.
• Mentor writers and provide feedback on editorial standards, content quality, AI workflows, and content vision.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, copywriting, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, editing, storytelling, and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Experience in retail, supply chain, or retail technology, including work with retailers or brands.
• Experience designing content strategies, leading initiatives independently, and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Portfolio examples covering multiple channels and audiences, including web, email, social, and video.
• Familiarity with SEO/AEO, content performance metrics, testing, optimization, and mentoring writers.
